Office Manager / Receptionist
NOWWASHYOURHANDS are looking for an Office Manager/Receptionist on a fulltime
basis, working from our offices in Soho, London. At least 2 years administrative
experience is essential, accountancy and new media experience an advantage.
The role will primarily involve the everyday running of the office and general
reception duties. This will include answering all incoming calls, maintaining
office supplies, updating accounts, product sourcing and general admin. The key
objectives of the role are to assist the management and project management teams
to ensure the office runs smoothly on a day to day basis. The role requires someone
who is proactive, versatile and motivated.
People skills are a must, and the successful candidate will be expected to integrate
quickly with our young and enthusiastic team.
Salary dependent on experience.
Start date - ASAP.
