bonjour bonjour, HOW TO EAT RAW EGGS! I got this recipe from Horatio and Luigi, two Italian guys aged 63 and 64: 2 egg yolks (you dont need the white bit, leave in a puddle somewhere) 2 spoonfulls of sugar leave for 5 minutes until frothy add juice of half a lemon drink,skol, etc I have been following this procedure for the past 2 weeks. It is fantastic. It enables you to cycle over alps and up mountains. I cycled 75 miles yesterday and I wasnt even stiff this morning (Im a bit worried about that, I think Ill see the doctor if it persists) Hope everyone is well and enjoying things. I have just come from switzerland. fuck me, they like mowing. Im sure that every swiss person has at least one lawnmower. Its like a bloody golfcourse but with huge mountains of course. I bought a bread roll and some coleslaw and it cost so much money that I had to sleep in hedges for the next 3 days. Switzerland is as expensive as it is expansive, and it is VERY expansive. Went to places like st moritz and chamonix, very nice. Not much snow though, I turned up in snow goggles and snowshoes and everyone just stared. . . now that makes a change. Hotfooted it to france where it is about a third of the price, custard creams 50p. Alice is doing just fine, she has a new front tyre and she feels great. We are going to go South because it is raining again. Im in st etienne at the moment, I feel quite priveledged because Im on the only internet computer in the Loire valley. . . . very exclusive. Try the eggs thing, you think it is going to be vile, but its not. Oh, I went swimming the other day and had to HIRE some speedos. I feel a bit sick even thinking about it.
